SPF-20A + FC-20A
- The SPF-20A + FC-20A is automated on-line bookletmaking unit for Horizon collators, VAC-100, MC-80, HAC-120/15 and TAC-8/TC-8.
- The unit SPF-20A stitches collated sheets and fold into half to from booklet.
- The unit FC-20A trims fore-edge of the booklet.
- With touch of the buttons each section of the setup can be done automatically.
- The maximum production speed of the system is 3,200 books/hr. with A4 finished size booklet.

- The unit SPF-20 stitches collated sheets and fold into half to from booklet. The unit FC-20 trims fore-edge of the booklet.
- The SPF-20 + FC-20 can be set up easily by simple knob and lever adjustment.
- The maximum production speed of the system is 3,200 books/hr. with A4 finished size booklet.
- The maximum sheet can be handled is 350 x 500 mm (13.8" x 19.7").
Standard Stitcher & Folder (SPF-11+FC-11)
The SPF-11 + FC-11 is manually setup on-line bookletmaking unit for Horizon collators, VAC-100, MC-80, HAC-120/15 and TAC-8/TC-8.
- The unit SPF-11 stitches collated sheets and fold into half to from booklet. The unit FC-11 trims fore-edge of the booklet.
- The maximum production speed of the system is 2,600 books/hr. with A4 finished size booklet.
- The maximum sheet can be handled is 320 x 470 mm (12.5" x 18.5").
Tabletop Stitcher & Folder (SPF-8)
The SPF-8 is manual feed bookletmaker, which also has top staple and corner staple function.
- Job set up and change over is simple and easy.
Side Stitcher (SP-10)
The SP-10 is stitching unit for Horizon collators, MC-80 and HAC-120/15.
- The SP-10 can perform either side/top stitch or corner stitch.
- Maximum production speed is 2,350 sets/hr. (A4/8.5" x 11").
Corner Stitcher (SP-1)
The SP-1 is corner stitching unit for Horizon collators, MC-80 and HAC-120/15.
- The heavy duty wire feed stitching head reliable stitches sheets.
- Maximum production speed is 2,880 sets/hr. (A4/8.5" x 11")
Stapler & Folder (PS-P61,SPF-9/FC-9series)
The PS-P61 is stapling unit for Horizon tabletop collator QC-P8/10 and QC-S10.
- The PS-P61 is designed to place under the collator so that no additional space is required.
- The PS-P61 has three functions, corner staple, top staple and two hole punch (optional punch unit is required).
- Maximum production speed is 1,500 sets/hr. (A4/8.5" x 11" corner staple)
The SPF-9/FC-9 series are manual set-up bookletmaker for Horizon tabletop collator QC-P8/10 and QC-S10.
- The SPF-9/FC-9 series can perform bookletmaking, corner stapling, side stapling and fore-edge trimming.
- Maximum production speed for booklletmaking is 2,100 books/hr.
- The SPF-9/FC-9 is manual set up model. The SPF-9A/FC-9A is automated set up model.
